My passion for recruitment started a decade ago in the UK working for recruitment technology providers, so when I moved to Sydney in 2014 it made sense to continue my career in the recruitment industry here.
I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some of the world’s leading recruitment technologists and have recruited into the Operations teams of purpose-driven organisations Australia wide. I started Chai People to connect people with purposeful work in organisations that care about their people as much as their service offering.
I live my life with grace and grit, and have my young family to thank for giving me the purpose to run this business in a way that serves their needs alongside those of my candidates and clients.
